Registration and payment must be received by Pride Buffalo, Inc. no later than May 16th, 2008 Any registrations received after that time will incur an additional fee of $25. All registrations will be cut off after May 22, 2008.

Vendor Needs
Cost includes: applicable permit, one table and one chair. Pride Buffalo will apply for the required City of Buffalo permit for each vendor.

$100 for profit (For profit company or Non-Profit with items for sale)
$60 for non-profit (Non-Profit organization that is not selling anything)

  • Miscellaneous items to note:
  • No Electricity Available
    Parking: There is absolutely NO PARKING on Bidwell Parkway the day of the event. You can temporarily park in Bidwell to unload materials. All vehicles must be off Bidwell by 11am or they WILL BE TOWED!
  • Any Food vendors must provide a current Department of Health certificate at their own expense.
