Fundraiser Proposal Form

   All businesses and organizations that wish to sponsor official Pride Buffalo, Inc. fundraisers must follow the guidelines listed below:

  • A written proposal for each fundraiser must be submitted in advance to the Pride Buffalo, Inc. Board of Directors for approval.**
  • Fundraiser coordinators or producers are encouraged to present proposals in person.
  • A schedule of the board meetings can be found here, or by calling the Pride line listed below.

Proposal Approval Process

   Upon approval of your fundraiser, you will receive an official letter of acceptance from Pride Buffalo, Inc. If an official letter is not received from the Board of Directors, this event cannot be advertised an any way as a Pride Buffalo, Inc. fundraiser.

   As always, Pride Buffalo, Inc. believes in having an active role in all fundraising activities. That's why we make a determined effort to have at least two board members in attendance at each fundraiser to help promote Pride Buffalo; to monitor collection of funds; to receive the agreed-upon contribution; and to thank patrons, coordinators and fundraiser producers for their support.

   During each event, Pride Buffalo, Inc. requests permission to make available an information table at each fundraiser where we can promote the organization through various Pride Buffalo materials, e.g., t-shirts, buttons, flyers and so forth.

**Please note: Pride Buffalo, Inc. Board of Directors currently meet twice a month. Thus, approval may also be granted by the Executive Committee or by consent of at least three board members.
